I'm going to keep this was short and sweet... I love to hear Elder Holland speak.  He is bold, yet loving... and I always feel motivated to do a little more and be a little better after hearing him.  I love this part of a talk he gave a few years ago.  We must NEVER give up.  It is NEVER too late to change and put our mistakes behind us.
